Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Kabale Online Referral Program (the "Program"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your participation in the Program. By sharing your referral link or otherwise participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must have a registered and active Kabale Online account in good standing.

2. Qualified Referrals

A "Qualified Referral" is a new user (a "Referred User") who meets all of the following criteria:

• They have never previously created an account with Kabale Online.
• They sign up for a new account using your unique referral link.
• They are a real person (not a bot or a fake account).
• Their account is successfully created and verified (if required).

You may not refer yourself, and you may not create multiple accounts for yourself to gain referral rewards.

3. Rewards

For each Qualified Referral you generate, you (the "Referrer") will receive a base reward as specified on your referral dashboard. This reward is credited to your Kabale Online Wallet.

In addition to the base reward, you can earn milestone rewards. Rewards are processed automatically. Kabale Online reserves the right to review and validate all referrals and to reverse or withhold rewards for any referrals that are found to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

Milestone Reward Tiers

• 5 Referrals: "Kabale Builder" Badge

  Earn the "Kabale Builder" badge on your profile.

• 10 Referrals: UGX 2,000 Bonus

  Receive a UGX 2,000 bonus credited to your wallet.

• 25 Referrals: "T-Shirt Winner" Badge

  Earn a badge and a free Kabale Online T-shirt.

• 50 Referrals: "Community Leader" Badge + UGX 5,000

  Earn the "Community Leader" badge and a UGX 5,000 bonus.

• 100 Referrals: "Partner" Badge

  Achieve "Partner" status and badge on your profile.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities. Any violation of these terms will result in the immediate voiding of all your earned rewards, forfeiture of your wallet balance, and potential suspension or termination of your account.

You must not:

• Refer yourself or create multiple, fake, or "dummy" accounts.
• Use spam, bulk email, or unsolicited messages (SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) to share your link.
• Post your link on "coupon" or "deal" websites, or any site that is not your own personal blog or social media.
• Use paid advertising (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to promote your referral link.
• Mislead or deceive anyone about the Program or Kabale Online. You cannot represent yourself as an employee or official partner of Kabale Online.
• Engage in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, or harms the Kabale Online brand or reputation.

5. Program Changes & Termination

Kabale Online reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

We also reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will post the new terms on this page. Your continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
